I am a very satisfied customer of RoofOptions. I had a pretty bad situation with my roof in that the insulation material was defective and was causing the metal deck underneath to rust. This made replacing my roof much more than the normal roofing job. Because the expense was so large I sort of drug my feet at doing it.

But RoofOptions worked very closely with me to try and keep the expense to a minimum. As for the workmanship it is outstanding! I think my roof is going to last longer than my building now.

They are a very professionally run company and employ state-of-the-art computer reporting so that you can monitor what their progress is on a daily basis. This is a class act. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My name is John Noonan. I'm the director of facilities for Evergreen Real Estate Services. We are a full service property management company based in Chicago. And I first learned about RoofOptions when I joined the company about eight years ago. And they came in and did a presentation to explain to me what they were all already doing to a limited extent with the company. And when they showed me the various aspects of the services that they provide, my first question was, "How can I get you to do more of my job for me?" Basically, they're not just a service provider, they are a business partner.

And for me, one of the most valuable investments that we're able to make in our buildings is the minimal charge that we pay for the rooftop maintenance inspections, which we do on an annual basis. And in exchange for that minimal investment, we get a great detailed analysis of the condition of the roofs, projections of remaining roof life, in addition to up to the minute information on repairs that need to be done, and budgeting and planning resources for the lifecycle of the roof system. I really wouldn't want to be doing any of these, our capital planning without the aid that I get from the RoofOptions reports that we receive on an annual basis.

We also get great customer service and great support from our representative who lets us know about problems that might be coming up, about great opportunities, and just the dynamic support we receive from the field staff in terms of increasing the life span of our roof systems. Maintenance inspections. As a result of some of the rooftop maintenance inspections, we have received notice of hail damage and been able to reasonably pinpoint the time that the damage occurred with enough accuracy that it's allowed us to recoup losses from that hail damage through our insurance carrier based on the lack of hail damage one year and the presence of it in another, and their assistance in tracking down the exact days that that storm damage may have occurred based on weather service data. So we really find them to be a very valuable partner in our business and a great company to be partnered up with.
