Utilizing the FCS platform has enabled us to help companies get their roofs fixed fast. Modeled after the iTunes philosophy, FCS developed a system that enables companies to view all the current deficiencies on the roof of their facility. This system allows companies to organize their workflows by prioritizing what repairs need to "Get Done" and which ones do not need immediate attention. On large repair work the FCS system allows for companies to bid out their repair work in order to drive down costs.

Action items, or unresolved repair work from service dispatches, are recorded and stored within the FCS system. These action items can be viewed at a later date and then selected to have them resolved. This allows companies to gain the visiblity they need in order to ensure they resolve any open ticket items and remain in a proactive position when it comes to maintaining their facilities.

In many cases, a company may send out a service dispatch due to a leak in their roof. When a contractor comes out to make the repair needed to stop the leak, he often discovers other unrelated deficiencies that will need to be addressed. The FCS system allows him to submit those deficiencies into the system so that companies can view them and determine if it is a repair they should resolve. This continues to allow companies to stay in an organized proactive position.

An accumulative total of all repair recommendations is available for a building owner to view. At the click of a button, they can authorize all needed repairs in order to extend the service life of the roof. This feature will also allow a company to compare a complete removal and replacement estimated cost vs. complete remedial repair cost. This will allow a company to gain the visibility they need in order to make the most reasonable decision with what may be the largest investment they ever make for their facility.
